    This Employee Handbook is to be used as a resource addressing School District policies, regulations, practices, and procedures. 

    A comprehensive manual containing all Policies of the Board of Education is also available, or on the District website under Board of Education.

    The Employee Handbook shall supplement, not supplant, existing laws, regulations, policies, or collective negotiations agreements.  Nothing contained therein shall be interpreted as a binding past-practice enforceable under the grievance procedure of any and all collective negotiations agreements.  Handbooks pertaining to the operation of a specific school or department shall supplement, not supplant, this handbook.
