The NYSED (New York State Education Department) Code of Conduct requires public comment on proposed revisions to the school district's Code of Conduct. This ensures that the school community, including staff, parents, students, and other stakeholders, have an opportunity to voice their opinions before the code is finalized.
It is aligned with Education Law - Chapter 16, Title II, Article 55 § 2801.
