Crisis Services is a 24-hour help line, open 7 days a week.  You can call anonymously if you are feeling suicidal or if you are experiencing any type of crisis.  A crisis counselor is available at all times and ready to help you.

The Kids' helpline is a service provided by Crisis Services that provides school-age children, adolescents and parents immediate and confidential support 24 hours/day. 

C.A.R.E.S Team

The C.A.R.E.S professional team will interview a caregiver and youth to determine what the problems are, and how serious they may be. The goal of the C.A.R.E.S. program is to support families in resolving crisis situations in the home or community and to help prevent future crises. When you call Spectrum C.A.R.E.S. we’ll work with you to develop a plan.
