Speech and Language Resources

  • Parents should preview the below resources first to determine the appropriateness for your own son/daughter.

We know this is an overwhelming time for everyone and we are here to support you. One of the easiest activities you can do is to review your child’s speech notebook or folder.  While your child is reading a story, have them find words with their target sound.  Ask them to describe what they see on the page, answer "wh" questions,  or re-tell the story.  If your child is using an augmentative communication device, continue using it at home.  Please feel free to contact your child’s Speech Therapist if you have specific concerns or questions using school email or your teacher selected form of communication.
